There was this one episode where there was a school shooting and all the people from the community were outside with candles singing the school song. The picture above is a screenshot and if you look closely its a very poorly photoshopped effect where they take like 20 people and multiply them into the scene to look like theres two hundred. You can notice the same people, especially the emo looking guy in the red jacket. Granted this shot was only used no more than three seconds before they cut to closeups, that seems just lazy on the filmmakers part. For a show as serious as Grey's Anatomy and being on a major network and on a prime timeslot, they really skimped out.
