The reasonings behind the Peanut Butter short

So we made this short in Jan. 2010. This is almost the exact word for word recreation of a dream I had. I woke up one morning thinking about the dream and I thought it would be funny if that was a short film. It sounded like something that Adam would write. I guess this is one of them real occasions where you can say that your dreams have became reality. The best part about this is that this is the first time we worked with DJ Henry, he had no idea what we were filming until about 20 minutes before we put the PB beard on him.

Magic and the Noose

"The year is 1921 and this is the story about a magician. He had a very lovely assistant. They fell in love. They got married. They took their act all across europe performing for peasants and royalty alike. He created an illusion that would saw a woman in half. During their last performance something went terribly wrong. The illusion malfunctioned and he accidentally sawed her in half. But was it really an accident? No. He caught her cheating with an apprentice cheesemaker. A fuckin cheesemaker!"

-Magician Robert Torrini

(when asked if he had any

last words prior to his hanging)

Hello my name is Jaime

I'm Jaime. I'm 23. That I know is for sure. I say that because if I were to say I was a musician, you'd ask "Well, have I heard any of your songs?". If I were to say I was a filmmaker, you'd ask "Well, have I seen any of your movies?".... The truth is, none of my songs have been on the radio, and none of my films have been in the theater. The only thing for certain is that I'm Jaime, and I'm 23. When I make a film or write a song that really truly matters... Thats when I'll say I'm a filmmaker and a musician.
(p.s. I'm working my ass off to get to that point)

Welcome to Screenplay this Disaster
